Chefs, Taste the Innovation! 👨‍🍳

Food has always been a way to form connections with people and because fresh, healthy foods are the core of our business, we wanted to connect with all of you!

As we start the new year, our team is working diligently on creating vegetable centric dishes utilizing some of our favorite new food trends to highlight Taylor Farms products as center of the plate.

One exciting way we do this is through our customer ideation sessions. We start by listening to what consumers are asking for, from our foodservice operators. From there, our chefs and tasting panels work together to develop foodservice friendly recipes tailored to our customer’s needs.

We test and rate the culinary creations on flavor profiles, color attraction, and the efficiency our value-added products bring to each dish. These sessions are a great way to cook up culinary inspiration and solutions to the challenges of the foodservice industry.
